AG's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. You may not assign these Terms or transfer any of your rights or obligations under them without AG's express written consent. These Terms will insure to the benefit of AG's successors, assigns, and licensees. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AG concerning the subject matter hereof.
